In the Website Details panel, you'll find all the general information about your website, from billing data to the history of invoices and payments.
How to modify account details:
- Go to the right in the Toolbar.
- Click on Website Details.
- Click on Dashboard.
- Click on Change Password.
- Enter the current password, choose a new password, and confirm.
How to modify billing details:
- Go to the right in the Toolbar.
- Click on Website Details.
- Click on Change Billing Information.
- Modify the details and click Save to save the changes.
How to download a copy of invoices:
- Go to the right in the Toolbar.
- Click on Website Details.
- Click on Invoice History.
- Click on the right arrow to download the PDF of invoices.
- Check "Send invoice automatically" at the top right to receive invoices automatically.
Note: Only the original site owner can download and modify billing data, not administrators.
Keep in mind: If you can't download the invoice by clicking the download button, it's likely that you have an extension on your browser that blocks downloads or pop-ups. Disable browser extensions and try downloading again.
How to view payment dates for your services:
- Go to the right in the Toolbar.
- Click on Website Details.
- Click on Payment History.
How to purchase Additional Services:
Go to the right in the Toolbar.
Click on Website Details.
Click on Additional Services.
