Listening to your users' opinions through a survey is a strategic choice to build loyalty and improve your business.
To add the Survey component to your website:
Click on the left side of the element bar.
Click on Contacts.
Click on Surveys.
Choose and drag the component onto the work area.
You can customize the Survey component:
Click on the Survey component.
Click on Edit Survey.
Click on Survey Management. You can create a new survey and customize the response types: text, email, paragraph, dropdown list, multiple-choice, and checkbox.
Click on Select Survey to choose the survey you want to make visible.
Click on Texts to modify the font and size of the texts.
Click on Colors to change the background and button colors.
Click on Borders to change the border color.
Click on Advanced to insert a Feedback message or change the landing page.
