To insert a Custom Form into your website:
Right-click on the icon with three hexagons.
Click on Contacts.
Click on Customizable Form.
Drag the component onto the work area.
The customizable contact form allows you to add new input fields and customize all graphic elements.
To customize your Custom Form:
Click on Customizable Form.
Click Edit Custom Form.
Click on Email Address to enter the email address where you wish to receive requests.
Click Add to drag new elements into the form. The elements you can insert are:
Text fields: you can insert as many as you want.
Checkboxes: you can insert as many as you want. The field name will be visible only in the email receipt and will not be visible on the site, which will show only the text related to the checkbox.
Date field: you can insert as many as you want.
Selection field: you can insert as many as you want. To set selection options, click on the arrow icon of the selection field, then on the Plus button and start typing.
File upload field: you can insert only one per form. Only one file up to 2 MB can be uploaded.
Email field: you can insert as many as you want. This field checks for the presence of the "@" symbol to ensure that an email is entered.
Privacy Checkbox: you can insert only one per form. The field relates to the processing of personal data. A default text will be shown, which you can modify as you like by clicking on it with the mouse. It is also possible to apply a link to a portion of text.
Click on Default Styles to change the style of the form text.
Click on Colors to change the color of the fields or buttons.
Click on Borders to modify the borders of the fields and buttons.
Click on Font to change the font and size of the label, field, and button texts.
Click on Advanced to:
Activate and write an automatic reply.
Activate and write a feedback message.
